Founder members: Jean-Claude Anaf, Etienne de Baecque, Jacqueline Barbier, Tina Bernaerts, Michel Brochier, Jean-Marie Chanon, Isabelle Collon, Antoine Delobel, Michel Descours, Jacques Gairard, Antoine de Galbert, Pascal Housset, Christian Lameloise, Jean Martinon, Georges Rousseau, Bruno Sapin, Pierre Schuster, Gisèle Vouillon with sponsorship from the company Michel Fraisse Gestion et Investissement.
Under the French tax regime, individuals can claim an income tax reduction of 66% of the amount donated or a 75% reduction in wealth tax. Tax relief is capped at 20% of annual taxable income.
Companies can deduct 60% of the value of their gift from corporation tax up to a maximum of 0.5% of their annual turnover excluding VAT.
Donors receive tax receipts from the Fondation Bullukian.
